Juan did a very thorough diagnostic on our refrigerator. He tested everything and told us what we needed to monitor (temperatures of the unit) to confirm what was wrong with it. He was very professional and honest, and we hope in the future when we need A&E services, we will have Juan come to our assistance! He is very nice gentleman!
