Juan is super. The system is flawed. AI was confusing and frustrating. One ai text offered an earlier repair date. Three different times I picked the earlier dates but never got one. My frig went out 5-26 Juan came out 6-11, then 6-25, then 6-30, scheduled 7-11 (no show), and finally 7-23. Ai gave me several dates that they adjusted earlier and then sometimes later. Parts available and then waiting on parts. I never knew when or if Sears was going to honor the warranty. System is seriously lacking. Google complaints on Sears Home Repairs and see for yourselves. Praise God Juan stuck with it and we're up and running. Again, Juan was superb. Gid bless Sears and all of their human employees. I

Dionysius was pleasant, prompt, and took great care not to damage any of the appliances and the surrounding cabinets and countertops while he worked. He explained things thoroughly and cleaned up before leaving. We could not be more pleased in his service. This service was covered completely by our extended warranty.
