Technician could not tell me exactly which part was needed to repair my washing machine. Could be one of two parts. Suggested try one and if that didn’t fix it then order the other. Both parts would end up costing more than a new washer would cost. Talked to me about service agreement. Decided against that also. Paid the service fee and decided to get a new machine. This one was only 3 yrs old old.

He arrived 1.5 hours late but when the company makes you cover Boerne, Dripping Springs, Stonewall, Kerrville & Fredericksburg I can see how that might happen. Anyway, the technician was professional, pleasant and fixed the issue we we’re pleased.

Sears repair said they would be back out on Jan 28 should up 2 months later on March 26. Pathetic.

Too time consuming to make an appointment, get thru on the phone, or any dealings with Sears Home Services!

Had an appointment for march 4 and no one showed up nor did they call

I am logging in thru another Google account so I can leave another 1 star review for this joke of a service. I called the number provided to attempt a service reschedule but of course they are now an only AI customer service company and there is no one to talk to. The last tech that came out refused to fully diagnose and check the issues with our dishwasher. Told us that we need to remove the dishwasher ourselves from the island and check the water connection ourselves before they can proceed. I’m sorry, how has a simple repair request become such a hellacious nightmare. I am being reasonable, why can’t I just get my damn dishwasher fixed? The fact there is no live people to talk to is infuriating. If this is the future then we are all screwed.

Tech finished work saying "its working" and left...wife went to use it and it is not working....no clear way to get a hold of anyone to get finalized help but dishwasher is not working and it is frustrating....it may not be the tech's fault but we are dead in th water right now and they closed out the repair as finished when it obviously is not. I want to add The tech actually broke our dishwasher. I just got home from out of town, the service was conducted while I was out. Prior to this service, the top drawer of our dishwasher opened smoothly, and now it is stuck, very hard to open and close. I called the number that sears recommended in their response and it’s all robots. This is horrible, horrible, service. I cannot believe how terrible this process and the service from y’all has been. I cannot believe the tech told my wife it was fixed when in fact he made it by far worse than how it was when he got here.

The service man did not show up even though I received a email saying he had arrived

The technician was great 5/5 stars but this company overcharges. Was charged $200 to be told my dryer knob was the only problem.
