Juan arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue and what needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the part we need is no longer available so the expectation is that our home warranty will authorize a replacement

Excellent technician. Very through. Pleasant to work with. Can't say the same for the GE Profile dishwasher. 4 visits in less than a year. Different thing each time.
