Tech was scheduled for between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm and arrived before 11:00 am., beyond my expectations. I have a GE refrigerator where the freezer was working but the lights and upper area were malfunctioning...temperature control was reading 56. Without the GE diagnostic tool, Eddie researched possible issues and quickly discovered that the temperature reading was not 56...it was Sb for Sabbat mode. While cleaning the cabinet about the refrigerator I managed to press two buttons that triggered this setting. How embarrassing, grateful that it cost me only for the service call and didn't involve replacement of computer parts.
