The technician was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He serviced both the dryer and washer, preformed all the the necessary maintenance, and left everything perfectly cleaned in order.

My service tech was AMAZING!! He not only quickly diagnosed the issue, but he made recommendations to fix it and it’s now blowing ice cold again. Ty again Sears for rescuing us from this intense heat!! :)
