Arrival time was a little late for me, however it was in the Original window of 7 AM to 6 PM. He went to work right away and within 10 minutes I could feel cold air coming from the HVAC system.

My service tech was AMAZING!! He not only quickly diagnosed the issue, but he made recommendations to fix it and it’s now blowing ice cold again. Ty again Sears for rescuing us from this intense heat!! :)
