He was professional, respectful of property, friendly. Diagnosed the issue quickly and correctly. Once I recieved my part, he was able to fix my issue in a very timely manner. Will definitely work with again.

Alberto provided excellent service, very polite and knowledgeable. He helped us get a new ice maker at a better price by suggesting we order the part ourselves on Amazon. I would use Sears again for appliance repair, but I would dread having to deal with their terrible, frustrating A.I. system.... Their AI does NOT deserve 5 stars!

Our problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. That was great. I must say, though that the process of requesting service can be very frustrating. It would be so delightful to speak to a human being instead of trying to navigate the AI system.
