Our problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. That was great. I must say, though that the process of requesting service can be very frustrating. It would be so delightful to speak to a human being instead of trying to navigate the AI system.

Jeremiah, our technician, was excellent! Very knowledgeable & efficient. 5 star rating out of 5! However, Sears Home Services, is a 0 rating out of 5! No one can speak to a real person! The AI is terrible. There were 3 prior automated appts scheduled that were no shows. No shows! I was given a broad time window each time and had to take off from work for nothing! The diagnostic appt was on 6/3/26, ordered part and received on 6/4/26, with the final repair finally done on a Saturday, 6/20/26. The technicians can’t even talk to anyone. Pathetic!
