Marcus my technician showed up on time was a very pleasant young man. He installed the part on my washer and man sure it worked. I did not pay anything because it was covered my maintenance agreement so it was -0- price for the repair. Thank you Marcus and Sears.

Alberto was great. He did a Quick repair and very knowledgeable. Part came in by mail in a couple of days. He explained what was to be repaired and why. Recommend him as a repair tech for sears.
