5 stars with the exception of the AI appointment service which the tech has nothing to do with. Was supposed to be here Friday, then Wednesday and now finally today

Mario was on time , professional, knowledgable, and respectful. Mario recovered his work area, he was in and out, and super friendly. Mario cared about his job and finished work. I was very impressed and would want Mario to return if I ever needed a repairman again. I hope not . Also, as a former 26 year employee I am proud to know Sear’s is still around, I was a store manger at the Hulen Mall location and I would love to have worked with Mario. He delivers a WOW experience and is an assets to your team !!!
