The technician was great, but Sara’s home services sucks. It took almost 2 months to get parts from my refrigerator that I have been told only took one week. I gotta run around no matter where I went through. I got nothing but runaround. I hate to even have to call them again for anything

The technician did a great job. He was knowledgeable and knew how to solve the problem quickly. He made sure I understood what he was fixing and what the problem was. He was nice and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills. His skill set for the repair job was on point. We will definitely call for repairs again.
