Jorge did a great job, very professional. Our problem is with the AI scheduling program. We were rescheduled 5 times before the technician finally arrived. We are cancelling our home warranty company, AHS, and we will NEVER use Sears again for any appliance repairs.

He did great for what he did, but now I am getting an H2O supply code while I can hear the water running. I tried the rinse/spin cycle and the water runs in then I get the code. It skips the spin cycle and drains the water out of the tub and unlocks the door

​I am beyond frustrated with this experience. Waiting nearly two full months—from August 17th until today—just to get a single claim resolved is unacceptable. Major credit to today’s tech, who was fantastic, but everything else was a disaster. There is zero customer service, no way to contact anyone, and their scheduling system is pure trash. I never want to do business with this company again.

I had a bad experience with your company I would not recommend your company to anyone. I had an appointment since June and every time you scheduled an appointment you canceled it in the last minute. I paid 50 dollars today because of cleaning but I lost more time and money from work I should get a refund from you r company.

Absolutely the worst experience!! Technician was so rude and couldn’t figure out how to charge me for a diagnostic fee. I over paid to get him out of my house. Huge mistake, dealing with the customer service team is so redundant and they’re incapable of fixing billing issues has to all be done through email. I’ve waited over a month with my appliance still inoperable! No resolution from billing and nothing but the wait on a email response. Stay away from this company!!!
