Mike was extremely professional and addressed the needs in a thorough and quick manner.n Much more knowledgable jam many of the Sear's people who we have received service from previously! We have found Sears Appliance Repair extremely difficult to work with. I would not recommend your company to any one. Charges were covered by our Conn's Assurant Plan at no cost.

David was great. However, I needed to make a change to my appointment and was only able to to talk to an AI representative. That was so annoying. I really wanted to talk to a person.:(

Had a great Experience with Alonzo Chavira. He is very professional and very respectful. The initial tech that was send before the rescheduled visit, I would never recommend him. He lacks customer care and does not listen to the client.
