I have my appluance under warranty. My range started having problems. The "clickers" on one side didn't work unless I turned them both to on at the same time. I called Sears and a tech came out, checked it, and ordered parts. 6 weeks later I've had 4 appointments for a tech to come out and install the parts. Each time rhe tech has not made it.except for once. And he write on the Sears site "customer not home" when my door was wide open. He did not bother to call me or come knock on my door. I have an appointment today, May 10 2025. Their appointments are from 8 to 5 so I cannot go anywhere. Let's see what happens. You'd think that wirh warranty protection theyd be more attentive to their customers.

The technician was great. However, the part was not available to make the repair or even complete an estimate for repair so I am still without resolution.

Technician was knowledgeable and courteous. All around great customer service. Only issue I have is that they should send a Technician within the first 48 hours to see what the problem might be and get parts ordered instead of having them show up a week later to just to tell u that they have to order parts and in a week they will come back and repair your appliance.
