Hugo G is very patient and calm plus he fixed the problem when we got the parts. He had a hard time removing the heating element in the freezer since the manufacturer had installed it backwards. Hugo was able to remove it and fix the fridge.

Jesus (Jesse) was not able to fix our microwave due to its particular model, but he did not waste a moment in communicating to us exactly what the situation was and what he was going to do to help us. Before leaving our home, he called our insurance company to alert them of the situation. He let us know we should expect a follow up call from our insurance co who would reassign our work order to another company. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. We appreciate how clearly he communicated with us and with the insurance company. He represents your company well.
