My Sears repair guy always fixes my problems with no problem even if he has to order parts. Love my service protection plan.

The repair department was very helpful. Only problem was the phone service . . .took 3 times,, got cut off twice.

The Technician was very professional and respectful. He knew exactly what was needed to repair my exercise bicycle and did the work in an expeditious manner. I was impressed by his work.

First of all I had forgotten to buy warranty and the lady let me buy it, the repairman you sent was so knowledgeable of my type of washer he tested it and finally decided he needed to order parts, I didn't have to make another appt cause he did it for me. In my 36 years of marriage this is the second Kenmore washer I had bought . thank you Sears!!

Recently a SEAR'S technician came to repair our Kenmore Elite refrigerator. After several attempts and parts, the technician said he was ABSOLUTELY sure the refrigerator was working. He checked everything thoroughly. He finally stated...its working 100%...
