I'm glad he had all parts needed to do the repairs. We've been without ice for 3 weeks. It's so frustrating just trying to get an appointment, you get the agent, and they want to fix the problem over the phone. I'm not a tech, just need a simple appointment I paid my service contract, I should not have to get interrogated so maybe I can fix the unit. Sears, change your method of customer service, please.
