The technician was very helpful and informative, but over $200 just for him to place a belt around the dryer drum is ridiculous and a rip off! If I didn't neee my dryer fixed ASAP, I would have spent more time finding the proper belt, and replaced the item myself.

The repair man was very professional. I don't understand how service was sent 3 times and instead of parts being needed, I only needed a reboot. This makes no sense to me what so ever. 2 parts sent and neither correct for this refrigerator, just needed a reboot. SEARS, I'm trying very hard to be a loyal customer but this isn't working for me.

Horrible experience from start to finish. When I scheduled the appointment, I went through an AI-guided questionnaire and provided detailed information, including error codes, so the technician could come prepared. However, on the day of the visit, the tech simply read the codes and said a part needed to be replaced, something that could have been determined ahead of time. This meant I had to schedule a second appointment a week later. When the part arrived and the next appointment day came, I waited during the required 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. window, only to get a notice after 5:00 p.m. that they couldn’t make it. The appointment was pushed out another week. The following week, the technician showed up but said the wrong part had been delivered. Once again, I had to reschedule and wait another week. After multiple delays, the repair was finally completed. Unfortunately, the job itself was sloppy. The dishwasher was left sticking out about an inch, with a visible gap at the top, and now the rubber seal doesn’t stay in place and has to be pushed back in manually. The only positive is that the repair was covered under a Lowe’s appliance warranty. Otherwise, based on this experience, I would not use Sears again.
