Scheduled technician between 8-12, they were running late so they took it upon themselves to reschedule my appointment to another day, without a phone call, text or email. Horrible service before they even arrived.

Terrible!!!! The technician read instructions probably form the manual online. Did not testing whatsoever, guessed it might be the pump, maybe the control board. Quoted $400 and wasn’t even sure that was the issue. No codes were tested, why did I just pay $130.00?

The board on my fridge was out. The tech did absolutely nothing to check if it was burned out or what the problem was only thing he did was look for a replacement part. Found out they no longer make parts for my fridge so he pretty much said I was out of luck. My fridge started working 3 days later.

Bad experience, we have parts that sears send to replace in my refrigerator and the technician was not clear about diagnostic, he didn't repair nothing and take the parts wit Him. Customer service told me that he don't need to take the parts for replacement Now my refrigerator is still broken and the worst I don't have parts for repair My refrigerator is broken since may 11.

Nothing was repaired and 3 visits scheduled. With no technician showed up, 2nd one canceled. 3rd one didn’t fix a thing. They are quick to deduct my fees.

Sears Home Service should not exist. I have had issues in the past with Sears and their products in general. I purchased a whirlpool washer from Lowes less than 2 years ago when it stopped working. I purchased a service agreement not knowing that Sears Home services/ appliance repair would be the one to service my washer. Fast forward, I scheduled a service appointment on July 1st. Technician Hugo C. arrived that day and stated the machine needed a part. Another appointment was scheduled for the following Tuesday July 8th. Meanwhile, the required part was ordered and was delivered to them on July 4th. July 8th arrived and no technician. Then Sears rescheduled the following day July 9th again no technician arrived. Sears is the worst company! They should not be in business!! If I had known Lowes contracts with Sears Home services aka AE services I would have never purchased the appliance. I would have been better off renting a washing machine than deal with this mess!! As of July 10th my machine is still not functioning!

I had a technician come on last Wednesday. Today they were supposed to come to install the broken part….I got a text saying on the way, about an hour later I got another text saying job complete and to rate my technician. The guy never came and never finished the job. So here I am a family of 5 with no washer, spending $100 at the laundry mat every couple of days cause Sears doesn’t know how to do their job. Sears was quick to charge our extended warranty $500. This is horrible service.
