Nothing was repaired and 3 visits scheduled. With no technician showed up, 2nd one canceled. 3rd one didn’t fix a thing. They are quick to deduct my fees.

Service was never provided. I would recommend your all service . Very poor service you all kept canceling the appointments and never show up. Very unprofessional. If any one reads this find someone else to help you with your repairs.

Sears Home Service should not exist. I have had issues in the past with Sears and their products in general. I purchased a whirlpool washer from Lowes less than 2 years ago when it stopped working. I purchased a service agreement not knowing that Sears Home services/ appliance repair would be the one to service my washer. Fast forward, I scheduled a service appointment on July 1st. Technician Hugo C. arrived that day and stated the machine needed a part. Another appointment was scheduled for the following Tuesday July 8th. Meanwhile, the required part was ordered and was delivered to them on July 4th. July 8th arrived and no technician. Then Sears rescheduled the following day July 9th again no technician arrived. Sears is the worst company! They should not be in business!! If I had known Lowes contracts with Sears Home services aka AE services I would have never purchased the appliance. I would have been better off renting a washing machine than deal with this mess!! As of July 10th my machine is still not functioning!

I had a technician come on last Wednesday. Today they were supposed to come to install the broken part….I got a text saying on the way, about an hour later I got another text saying job complete and to rate my technician. The guy never came and never finished the job. So here I am a family of 5 with no washer, spending $100 at the laundry mat every couple of days cause Sears doesn’t know how to do their job. Sears was quick to charge our extended warranty $500. This is horrible service.

Was supposed to repair my refrigerator on June 11 but the technician never showed up and I had already paid. Finally got it repaired on June 18 and it took all of 10 minutes and they charged $400 for labor. Next time I will find someone else

Sears Appliance Repair deserves zero stars! They’ve canceled my appointments four times already! And to make matters worse, their appointment windows are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The customer experience is horrible.

Appointment canceled due to technician just couldn't make it. I lost a full days work. No communication other than AI. David was fine. No issues with him. General information about Sears washers are not good. The computer went out within 2 yr period. Washer is slow and I'll dump it if this goes out again. I was told, it will happen again. Nothing can replace speaking to a human, AI will lose customers for your company.

Hugo showed up with one sensor that he replaced. He was to have replaced both sensors but he stated there was a work order put in by previous tech for only one. He said he would stop by in a week to replace the other one but never showed up. Our refrigerator temperature is fluctuating and freezes the fresh veggies and fruit. I called about his no show and was told he had closed the ticket. We have been having problems for over a yr…so disappointed with your service.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with the Sears repair department. It’s impossible to speak to a live person. So frustrating!!! I tried all the numbers I found and they all route to an AI. The AI is giving incorrect information. It told me I would qualify for a $30 discount and when the technician got there he said the discount only applies if you sign up for the repair plan which AI did not explain. My appointment was from 8-12 and the tech got there past 3:00. Sears needs to have a customer service department where we can speak to someone and get clear information.
