The service tech was very knowledgeable and understood best course of action. Unfortunately I didn't go with the repair because the part and labor would cost the same as a new basic dish washing machine. He did give me some pointers and tips to prolong the life of my machine until I am ready to purchase new appliances for my home. The service fee was reasonable and I highly recommend using Sears.
