2nd review: 4-13-2026 Contacted Sears on 3-19-2026 for appointment to fix refrigerator under extended warranty. They have not show up for 3 appointments without notification. AI now says there are no available appointments in area. 25 days without appointment or refrigerator is ridiculous. They will reply to this review on how sorry they are and to call a number which is only AI. The warranty is junk just like sear appliance service. Sears is now owned by Tansformco. 1st review:They keep rescheduling my appointment. Going on 2 weeks with out refrigerator. Cannot speak to a human. I keep trying to get a hold of somebody. Questioning there warranty

Navigating with AI is horrible. That is their method of customer assistance and service. Had an appointment scheduled to not have anyone show up. After calling warranty company Sears noted the job was complete without ever showing up or doing any work. Apparently this is their MO. Stay away! Lesson learned.

Very long wait times to get somebody out to your home scheduled an appointment to come get my dryer looked at couldn’t get seen till two weeks out. Finally, the day comes where I’m expecting them and they canceled on me very unprofessional on their part and then they want to reschedule me but not for another two weeks out. Communication isn’t great within this company.

I had a service appointment today and it was the worst experience ever. The guy by the name of David was extremely rude with an attitude, he works for Sears A& E factory service. He knocked on my door within less then a minute as I opened the door he was already gone and inside his van. I had to walk out and chase him down to let him know I was home. When I asked were you leaving he responded with a sacarstic answer " yeah" I asked him why are you leaving if you just got here and that's when David Responded " I'm here ain't I". That's when I asked to talk to his supervisor and he said there was no one he could call or anyone available he can talk to. If your always going to be rude with an attitude against your customers this job isn't ideal for you. If you don't like your job then why be working there. To end the day no job was done I wasted a whole day waiting for him and wasted a day off of work for nothing to be done . When you call the 800 number it's nothing but automated systems there's no number that works that can direct you to a live person. I wouldn't recommend that service provider which is the Sears home warranty or the technicians working for them. If I could rate it a 0 I would.

We took 3 days off from work and he never showed up. The parts finally arrived at my house without him even looking at our washer and the parts still have not been installed.

Scheduling and communication is a nightmare! It's AI generated and you can't speak to a live rep. They schedule and re-schedule several times and it's frustrating especially if you have to plan your workday. Worst communication ever!

You cannot talk to anyone. Tech came out Monday of the week to repair washer. Error code an hour after leaving and have not been able to contact anyone. Went ahead and scheduled new appt for Friday of same week, text received to reschedule to Wed of same week, and then that was cancelled and rescheduled back to the Friday. Again, cannot talk to any live person to get support and help. AI system is lacking in trying to get any support or answers.
