I scheduled a service appointment and my appointment was rescheduled 2days in a row without notice. The tech came out with notification from sears. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable.

DO NOT EVEN TRY TO BOOK WITH THEM. This has been a horrendous experience. I tried to book with them because our dryer was malfunctioning . Everything is run by AI and it’s horrible.‘I finally did talk to a person and I did enjoy that experience. booked for Tuesday 1-5, and added washer prematience for $50. No I have to coordinate everyone I’ve had to stay home. Tuesday comes and all of the dude I get a text that my appointment has been changed to Wednesday at my request!? I NEVER requested. And the only person I can talk to is an AI robot who gaslights me. No only are they changed I suddenly have FOUR appointments for All different washer and dryers … I have to call and cancel because I’m so confused on what all these appointments are. Finally I’m waiting Wednesday and I get a text about my appointment for Friday ! They asked me if I wanted to change it …. TO WEDNESDAY (my original appointment . ) fine sure I did. Well guess what NO ONE CAME. Is this a scam ? I don’t understand . Horrible horrible service . Zero stars if I could.

Very rude demeanor. Please have him reevaluate how he interacts with customers. If he doesn’t like his job, he should consider looking for something else. Even when asking for general information, his annoyed demeanor is evident. It would be understandable if he was constantly interacting with people, being pestered with questions, or hovered over while working, but that is never the case. He seemed annoyed since arrival. I'm a bit upset about his evaluation, especially since we found out the reason wasn’t covered by insurance. I hope this wasn’t based on his personal feelings or perception, and that this visit was handled professionally, regardless of his attitude, and reported correctly without being influenced by personal bias.

Scheduled technician between 8-12, they were running late so they took it upon themselves to reschedule my appointment to another day, without a phone call, text or email. Horrible service before they even arrived.

Terrible!!!! The technician read instructions probably form the manual online. Did not testing whatsoever, guessed it might be the pump, maybe the control board. Quoted $400 and wasn’t even sure that was the issue. No codes were tested, why did I just pay $130.00?

The board on my fridge was out. The tech did absolutely nothing to check if it was burned out or what the problem was only thing he did was look for a replacement part. Found out they no longer make parts for my fridge so he pretty much said I was out of luck. My fridge started working 3 days later.

The worst service I have ever had scheduled an appointment my grandson was home,when the guy pulled up, My grandson went to put the dogs away when he came back the guy left never even came to the door to knock.cant even speak to anyone to complain because it's all AI

Bad experience, we have parts that sears send to replace in my refrigerator and the technician was not clear about diagnostic, he didn't repair nothing and take the parts wit Him. Customer service told me that he don't need to take the parts for replacement Now my refrigerator is still broken and the worst I don't have parts for repair My refrigerator is broken since may 11.
