He has been to our house 3 times. The Last 2 times he didn't have the parts to fix our microwave. Now he is ordering more parts and my microwave is STILL DEAD! We are so frustrated with this warranty service. We feel at this point, GE owes us a new microwave! My microwave has been dead over 45 days. We purchased it January 2024.

He was extremely rude, even said “give me that damn check so I can go” after we mentioned not wanting the services after having to wait 3 minutes for my fiancé to get back from the bank with the check.

We have waited for 2 months for the part to come in. Repair man was here yesterday and got it working and today it’s stopped working again. Totally not satisfied, I was told I now have to go back to GE.

1st appointment was a no show 2nd appointment was late and could not do anything do to the dryer was stacked on the washer no one informed us it had to be unstacked. 3rd appointment tech had to make multiple calls to another tech to troubleshoot. I have no confidence problem has been resolved.

Service tech showed up without texting or calling took a picture of my door and left! Second time he has done this out of the many times they have been at my house for the same repair over and over! Called customer service and talked to Emani and she stated she was the supervisor and all she could do was send a note to dispatch. No one has reached out as of yet! This company is horrible!! Only using them because of the warranty thats already paid for!

Technician was great. However Sears is failing. I have had a part out since June and still cannot get resolution. The part cannot be repaired and is no longer available. I am very unhappy with Sears and the way they are handling this is unacceptable

Tech told us not to use max fill on washer and avoid using too much soap. Did not even take cover off washer. Problem was diagnosed by my local repair guy. I will NEVER purchase another extended warranty again. Problem was a bad connection at wall plug. Your tech never checked or diagnosed the real problem It was a real challenge to get to right person to schedule your service call I spent about three hours going back and forth to different people just to verify warranty and then schedule service
