The necessary adjustment to our washer was made quickly and efficiently. James, C was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. . He also checked Dryer vent hose for blockage. Showed me part, I needed to get at Lowe’s, to fix hose attachment through wall at back of dryer.

After rescheduling the first appointment, and me having to wait another week for for someone to come out and look at my washer to see what was wrong with it and order the parts that I got in 2 days and had to wait 2 weeks for someone to come back and put them in. The washer is fixed and it only took 23 days. The tech was great and very polite and professional. As far as the warranty that I paid for on this washer I don’t feel like it is worth it, I talked to another company that could have fixed it in 4 days but thought after waiting 17 days I would just let them complete the job because I went and bought another washer because of the inconvenience of paying for a warranty that took almost a month to get it fixed, I did not purchase the extended warranty on my new washer.

Technician was rude and condescending to my entire family. Multiple times during several conversations, he made rude comments and acted as if we were stupid. Could not have had a WORSE experience. Sears should consider hiring technicians with better customer service. Would rate zero stars if possible.

Took over a month to get it fixed. Came today and said it was ready. Didn't put the agitator back one a there is no way for me to do it. Can't talk to a real person and AI doesn't care!!!
