Professional, Respectful, Efficient
First trip was a letdown as it only evaluated problem, provided a repair estimate and ordered parts. After this, FedEX was a problem saying part delivered, when it was not. Finally FedEx found and delivered parts. Once parts received, Roy came back and quickly installed parts, keeping area tidy and cleaning up after himself. Very pleased with his services, not so much with FedEx.

Martin was good and knew his stuff. The very frustrating part is a time awaiting to get my parts and then he especially Long delay to get an appointment to come out to the house again. If I had my choice, I would not select Sears again because of the late not because of the tech, but because of the system, it doesn't work for homeowners.
