Once I figured out the automated system to place a service order it was great. An appointment was made soon and the repair.an came as expected. My sadness is that he could not get parts for my icebox in order to fix it. They had been discontinued. I wish that because that was the case that no labor or fix could be done that Sears would give a discount to the bill charged.
