I experienced an issue with my double wall mounted oven, lower oven not heating properly and consistently. Had a young man come out and tested the oven. He advised me the control panel was bad and would need to be replaced. I later got a call from the company he worked for and they advised my oven is no longer being manufactured and parts are non existent. I could not justify spending several thousands of $$ replace the unit. Called sears for a second opinion. Johnathan was my tech and it took about 7 minutes to diagnose the lower oven. Turned out it had nothing to do with the control panel, it was the heating element in the lower oven. Diagnosed, part ordered and just had the install completed. Oven preheated to 350, maintained heat & no other issues. Saving this homeowner $$$. Great personality & true to his word.

Tech was quick as possible during repairs, despite having to order parts and having to return multiple times to fix another techs mistakes. He was also kind and curtious and made sure to point out issues and offered to fix those as well. Sears can use more techs like Jonathan. Thank you.
