Horrible Service
Tech said washer was good to go and left my house. I go start and load and nothing!! Washer does not fill with water!!! Tried to catch tech before he drove off but I guess he didn't see me. Called Sears to let them know and all I got was "we emailed the call out center they will be in contact". It's been 7hrs and still no call and still have a non working washer. Worst experience ever!!

Service not great
Evedently it was a trainer & trainee so he was showing him everything he knew. He checked the electrical plug & stopped there. Said the plug wasn't grounded. I understand but I've had other washer repairmen & no one has told us that. My husband started to tell him that but he got very defensive. Not very professional. We understand what he said but his service was not the greatest. All previous repairmen have been very courteous & helpful.

This is the 4th time Sears has been to my house
Terrible. Been without a washer for over a month because they don't fix anything. Literally ordered a ton of extra parts and didn't install them. I've been holding off on a review, because I don't believe in bashing, but these guys suck. They said if it doesn't work after a load of clothes call the 1-800 #.

Washer not working now!!!!!!!
The next morning after for springs were replaced washer is not working!!!!!! This was the first load that was washed after repairs and now we are getting H2O supply code This has been a nightmare and disabled it is impossible to go to the laundry mate to wash clothes.

Worst tech I've ever dealt with
The initial conversation I had with him on his courtesy call indicating he was headed over was fine. The conversation I had with him afterwards was not. My wife was the only one at the house and really wasn't aware of what was going on but he insisted he talk with her instead of me (she asked if he wanted to talk to me since I knew more multiple times, which he refused). On his call he insisted I was upset multiple times and told me to calm down, I was not in the slightest upset and was calmly trying to ask questions about his diagnosis or what he found to be the issue. I will have to say that Carlos was probably one of the worst technicians I have ever dealt with over the phone. He needs to work on his communication skills or have someone else make his calls for him. I have worked in fields with customers for several decades and I would not recommend him to anyone. This being the only time I've dealt with your company I would have to say I am not impressed at all.
