Washing machine repair
Service Man arrived late. My son took care of it. I had to go to work. He was here ten minutes, told us that he could not repair the machine which was not true. I've already had someone else service it and it's repairable. A took the money from my deaf son. Did not give us a written paper on why he could not fix it. I had already wrote him and told him my son was deaf that I needed a explanation on paper. And he fell to do that. Very disappointed and will not be paying service.

Refrigerator repair
Mark, although very capable, with A&E was unable to repair because refrigerator had already been repaired by Mike's Appliance. This repair has been a nightmare resulting in me canceling my Sears Home Warranty. Mark initially evaluated problem and ordered parts on 9-22-23. An appointment was made for 9-29-33 to repair refrigerator. No one with A&E called or showed up. I called (45 minutes later) and no one was able to accommodate this appointment. Another appointment was made for 10-6-23. (2 weeks later) Again, A&E did not call or show up. I called, again, after going thru several prompts on the automated system, one hour and 20 minutes later, I was able to change the Repairman to Mike's Appliance. Mike's Appliance arrived on time and repaired my refrigerator on 10-13-23. Additional parts were needed, so I am still waiting to have my repair completed. I received another automated notice of an appointment for today. I assumed, it was too install the additional parts needed by Mike's Appliance. Instead, Mark with A&E arrived to make original repair. I contacted Mike's Appliance, again. Mike's Appliance has informed me that they are waiting on the parts and will call when available. This refrigerator is in second home and I must drive 2 hours to make these appointments. To date, I have wasted my time, not to mention the fuel needed to make these trips, 3 times. I would never recommend A&E or Sears Home Warranty. This is the worst service I have ever received. Terrible communication between A&E and Sears. No communication with me, unless it was initiated by me. Very unsatisfied.

Disappointed in Sears Service
8/8/23 diagnosed it was the compressor and motherboard so ordered new/rebuilt ones. 8/23/23 went to the wrong house! Texted a picture of the house they were at and put "knock, knock, no one was home…" and made me reschedule because no one would answer their phone even though the text said to call. 9/7/23 installed parts, didn't wait long enough to see if it would work. Never worked! Had to reschedule again for 9/25/23. No one showed up again…rescheduled appt for 10/4/23. Once again, no show, they rescheduled again for 10/23! My husband, luckily knowing something about fridges, kept questioning things the tech was doing and he did several thing he DIDNT do the first time. Also, the motherboard was bad again so installed a faulty one the first time. This is a vacation home so we were driving 6 hours every time for the 3 appointments they didn't show up/went to wrong house and rescheduled on us! Also sat there from 8 to 5 each time waiting on them because most of the times it was after 5 or close to it before we found out they were rescheduling! So, for almost 3 months we had no working fridge. We called, I don't know how many numbers trying to reach someone to speak with and we're passed on and on and on. Never did we speak to anyone that could help us. We were just told to go online to reschedule! We did not want to reschedule. We had made the trip as we were told the tech would be there! I might mention the very first visit the tech told me I should just buy a new fridge! This fridge is like brand new and is Sears top of the line. It was even still under warranty. He even told me it wouldn't cost me that much to just buy a new one! This was the worst experience I have ever had and I will never buy another Kenmore product in my lifetime! The service was beyond horrible!!

Unsatisfied customer
Was given parts list and the parts some were not put in washer, the water pump is still in the box unopened. Washer settings all turned on now only half do and a new control board was supposed to be put in.

Not happy
It bothers me that your technicians leave before checking to see if they've actually fixed the problem. Jesus, who is a nice guy left without ensuring that the problem was fixed. It is not fixed and I will need to reschedule yet. Another appointment. This is probably my third or fourth appointment and my fridge is still not fixed Jesus having good customer service is almost irrelevant what is important that he is able to fix my problem and ensure that is fixed and he did not do that

Blackman and SHW
Totally unsatisfactory. It has been over six months and 6 technician visit to resolve the refrigerator issue. Has not been resolved. The last visit was to plug up the vent holes in the area of freezing. One earlier suggestion was not to put food back there or we are putting in food to be refrigerated wrong. No repai and no determination it cannot be repaired. Understood that after four tech visits and not repaired =-Replace.

Was not truthful to General Electric
Carlos was nice and polite, but the info he relayed back to General electric was completely the opposite he told my wife and I in person. We had a problem with our cook top being scratched way to easy with cookware that should not scratch it. Deep scratches. Carlos even looked at our cookware and said that they looked good and appropriate. He told us that glass Cooktops are just always going to get scratched no matter what. This isn't true though because we have had 2 other glass top G.E. ranges that did not do this. After he had left he put in the report sent to G.E. that this whole issue was due to user error. This was very dissapointing to hear from the G.E. consumer relations representative we called after we had left. Because of his report and going behind our back and saying the opposite, this puts us at a financial strain due to G.E. not willing to replace the defective Cooktop without payment.

Ice Maker Still not Functioning
Jesus F was courteous and friendly. Upon departing, he told me that it would be several hours before my ice maker began producing ice. It's been almost thirty-six hours now: no ice.
