Adam and another man fixed my $1800 4 month old Speed Queen washer that has been broken for 1 month. We bought it because Speed Queen lasts forever. ( obviously not). He had been here 2 weeks ago and ordered the part. We were scheduled for repair one week later after the part arrived. On that day we did not receive any texts and no one came to fix it. I called Speed Queen that day and was assured that we were on the schedule and that someone would be here. I called Sears and was told by there AI representative that I could not reschedule as there were no appointments open. I asked to speak to a "person ". She told me that Sears was represented totally by AI and that she could do anything a person could do. I said except "think ". At this time I was getting texts from Sears to reschedule and even getting open dates to choose from. I tried to tell "Samantha" this and I only got a repeat of her script saying there were no openings. This has been a nightmare. We live on a ranch and are in a drought. We have only dirt and really dirty clothes. No washaterias within 30 miles. We have been without a washer for one whole month. The young lady from Speed Queen that I spoke with this past Monday was very nice.( a real person)! I'm ready to start my first load post repair. Thanks to Adam and his helper for fixing my washer. It took less than hour. What has happened to Sears service???

Jonathan had to replace several parts on my washer but he got the job done. What I like about him is he's prompt and fast. He communicates with you and tells you what's going on.
