Didn't get fixed

Not happy with it, he didn't fix my dryer, your company installed it and installed the hose and your company didn't fix the problem. I'm paying alot for my dryer and it's barely a month old

No show

Overall rating

Technician didn't come. we did not receive any calls to tell us he was not coming. A "signed" form was submitted to state that he did the service. I did not sign it. Dealing with Sears home services is frustrating. Due to our warranty contract we cannot use anyone else. There is not a human to talk to. It is all automated and AI. My refrigerator has a new appointment and I have no idea if someone is going to show up, if they realize that someone already came out last week to diagnose, and its a mess.

He left our residence after a service call on a disabled refrigerator. An hour later and it's still not functioning.

The technician was rude til my family came out..

The technician FINALLY came out after 3 cancellations (not my doing). When I stated I was excited that he was finally able to come he raised his voice at me not to give him attitude. I said sir I'm not giving you attitude I was going to say how grateful I am because sears kept canceling. Then he gave attitude because the door was in the box. I am 75 I said I was told to leave it in the box untouched til someone came out so I was following directions. Then he started saying how he's tired of customers saying he scratched or dented doors. He then said he was going to leave and I said no sir you won't I need my refrigerator fixed. My husband then came to the front room who is 82 because he heard the shouting and my daughter heard and came to the same room as well and then his tone changed. He started saying yes ma'am no ma'am. I can move this ma'am. I was very upset and had never had this happen to me. I shouldn't have to have someone in the home with me to get good customer service.

This guy stated the dryer was now working then left , as soon as I tested it dryer 5 minutes later it did not work, I called back and he did not answer and when he did answer he said set another appointment, what a rip off , this guy is clearly taking advantage of the insurance

I can't believe you're asking me for a review when nobody showed up to my house for the last three scheduled appointments. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I didn't have the option to choose zero stars so I had to choose one, which is far more generous than he deserves.

Recalibrated washer

Giving a low number due to technican just "recalibrating" leaving and 20 minutes after he left item was repeating the problem (machine sounds with no movement. With no number or contact info could not notify anyone about the problem. So had to create another claim and wait another two weeks. This has been the worst warranty experience I've ever had with a company. (Lowe's+sears).

He never showed up. Jesus filed a report that he repaired my refrigerator but never arrived. Total lie and is a poor tech when he does show up.
