He change all the parts that were ordered by the first technician. And it still is not working again. He only changed the locking mechanism.

After a thorough review, you confirmed that the failure was due to insufficient maintenance, as detailed in the owner's manual. I submitted an urgent service request for maintenance on our washer and dryer, clearly stating that lint buildup in the vent compartment poses a significant fire hazard and demanding immediate resolution. Upon arrival, I accompanied the technician, showed him the clean lint holder, and indicated that we clean it after every wash. The combo washer and dryer were in great working condition. I firmly dispute the finding of a lack of maintenance and request clarification on what maintenance is being questioned. I ask that Client Support – In Home Solutions accept responsibility for any damage to my washer and dryer caused by insufficient maintenance by a trained professional.

All he did was tell me I needed to take apart my machine and clean it. This is not the only issue and the mechanical issues were not resolved.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. I had the technician come out to repair my microwave, and after spending nearly three hours at my home, the issue is still not resolved. He claimed he ran tests and said everything was functioning properly, but the microwave clearly does not turn on at all, he also did not reassemble the microwave correctly and left screws on the counter. The side of the microwave panel is not even sitting flush. It's frustrating to spend that much time and money, only to be left with the exact same problem. I expected a proper diagnosis and repair, not to be told everything is fine when it obviously isn't. This experience was a complete waste of time, and I'm now left needing to find someone else to actually fix the issue. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Rude and vulgar

One asked a simple question about a diagnosis this technician refused to do the work and then proceeded to use cuss words at me while getting in his vehicle to leave. This is a second time I've tried to work with Sears just to have a diagnosis sent to my warranty company. Do not use them.

Stove top repair

The contractor was already complaining about the prior job. Didn't help he was complaining about the contractor that sent him to the job. I as a homeowner I don't want to hear complaints about what he worked previously. Then he worked on my stove 4x's and could not repair it. I told the stove top was 41 years old it could have saved more money and time being there 1x not 4x's then now it's going to be changed out.

Theft.

The morning after 'the repair' not only was the Freezer still NOT functioning but the Refrigerator was NOW also Not functioning and ALL my food had to be thrown out!!!
