Refrigerator ice maker repair
Showed up-did not call in advance! Ice maker is working you need to call when you have an 8 am to 5 pm window and let people know in the morning when to expect the repairman. I waited all day last appt and NO one called or showed up. How much do you think my time is worth
Bill C,
Corp Christi, TXRepaired refridge is no longer working.
Jesus, was prompt and knowledgeable. He found a part that was not working and had a replacement in his truck. Eureka, it started running...only for a few hours. The ice maker worked enough to freeze a tray of ice, however, that has all melted and dripping. I need a permanent repair.

Corp Christi, TXIce Maker Repair
I M quit working, after 3 appointments Tech finally appeared. Tech was here about 15 - 20 minutes. Best I could understand a line was clogged and after clearing he pronounced the I M fixed. Hope he is right.
Lester H,
Corp Christi, TXClothes washer would not go through a full cycle
He never introduced himself and rarely talked until I inquired questions, he turned on the quick wash which is 15 minutes and had know problem but my wife said it did the same with her and that he has to run a full wash to experience the problem
Alfred L,
Corpus Christi, TXReluctant Technician
Adam was reluctant to remove the basket in my dishwasher. He was afraid that he would break the retaining tabs. I found that curious. It made me think that he didn't want to be blamed for what should be a fairly routine thing. Because he wouldn't remove the rack, it made the need to remove and replace the screws much more difficult. This left me with a feeling that the product must be constructed of material that are not of a quality that can withstand a seemingly routine operation.
Douglas E,
Sandia, TXNo Show Part 2
I wrote an unflattering review yesterday concerning a no show at my house. However, Sears had billed me for the tech's trip ($135). I got a quick response that said to call an 800 number. I called and after several minutes of run around I was transferred to an "AI Assistant". More run around that resulted in being told that it couldn't help me and to an 800 number. The same number I had called that got me nowhere. Not once was I given an option to talk to a human.
James S,
Rockport, TXDryer repair/no receipt.
Dryer was fixed but I need a receipt. There was a faulty part, stuck operating thermostat was not replaced. He was able to get "unstuck" but I want hotpoint to send a new one so I need a receiptgor the work.
Mark B,
Alice, TXWashing machine
Machine is not working right. It makes an unbalanced noise and moving almost hit electric heater.
Amelia A,
Corp Christi, TXIssue with timeliness
Our experience was not a great one. When our washer broke the first time, it took several weeks and canceled appointments to get a technician to our home. Appointments were canceled by the company, but we were never notified. Unnecessary missed days of work for us. When the technician did show, the repair was done hurriedly and not properly, causing the same issue weeks later. Again, we had our appts canceled multiple times and were not notified. More missed work days. When the technician did finally show, the repair was done with more care, so we'll see if it lasts this time.
