Repair Service Call
He wasn't able to help us with the repair due to not having parts for stove and he asked if I could wait until next day to call insurance so he can submit the report. I called two days later and they had not received report yet. He was informative on the issue but I am still waiting.

Tech apparently knew how to fix appliances, since he kept telling me to LISTEN as he continued to explain what was going on and what to do next time. I told him I did as the tech on phone tried to help me, but continued to say ...so why do they send me to fix if they know everything. He calibrated machine and said all was good to continue using washer as usual so ok I will

Jesus F. Was helpful but unable to make repairs due to incorrect parts. However the Sears telephone system is hopeless as it doesn't allow the customer to talk to a human with any knowledge on how to solve a problem & no way to call a technician directly. Do not recommend this Sears service center.

Showed up-did not call in advance! Ice maker is working you need to call when you have an 8 am to 5 pm window and let people know in the morning when to expect the repairman. I waited all day last appt and NO one called or showed up. How much do you think my time is worth
