Carlos was great and got our washer working without any issues. The process for getting service was very difficult. We had to make 3 different appointments, because the communication between us and the technician on the day of the appointment was non existent. Also, the service window of 8:00-5:00 is entirely too long. We did get a call today and Carlos gave us a 2 hour window at 12:30 of 2:00-4:00, but we had already taken the entire day waiting. A four hour window would be more helpful.

My husband and I are going to sell this washer. Hoping the next person or family it goes to, it actually works for! We have had a technician out here already four times in two years. For a number of issues. I miss my first Kenmore (13 years), with one repair. My second one (10 years) no repairs. Wanted a new washer. I wish I still had them. This one shouldn't have the Kenmore name on it!!!!!!!!!! If I could get my money back I would try! I have never been so disappointed in a product before except for a Samsung refrigerator.
