Only thing is, I noticed sears did not call or text with reminders like last time, so I called this morning to be sure. Just now, after Jesse left, sears called to remind me about Tomorrow's visit ,Oct 9th. But of course, it was today. Thank you

I have four Sears appliances under the Master Protection Plan and the scheduling was easy but the day of inspection was confusing toward the time of the appt came. I received three messages that a tech would not be coming till the following day about 4pm, then within 5 minutes another came stating they were on their way. Then the tech only had two appliances scheduled to inspect. I showed him my emails and texts and he had to call and correct this.

Not only did he explain everything to me he even offered service we needed. I really enjoyed our visit and how much he explained things to me. Thank you for sending Carlos. Now the ppl I had to call to schedule the service for our warranty different story. No stars for them!!! I felt like I was running around in circles. Even today they still had my information wrong on dryer and Carlos was able to work with it. Supervisors need to be more attentive when it comes to the part of the warranty.! The call center is a joke.
