Hilario arrived at my home in a timely manner. He was very courteous towards me and respectful of my home. He went straightaway to the dishwasher in my kitchen and carefully removed the defective control panel and replace it with the new one. He checked all of his work to make sure it was working properly and ran a dishwasher cycle to confirm to me all was in working in order. I didn't have further questions, then he collected his tools leaving the work area clean, and I walked him the door and thanked him for fixing my dishwasher and he departed.

It's taken sears repair company over 4 months to repair my refrigerator. The wait for them to come out is terrible and since they are subcontractor from warranty company I don't think they care.

Jesus was very polite as he came to our home. He immediately checked out the problematic ice maker. He knew what the problem was and called to get authorization to fix it promptly, which he did! We were impressed by his knowledge and expertise!
