Ice Maker
Martin was thorough and friendly. And after 9 months of trying to get our Ice Maker fixed, we believe he may have done it. Our fingers are crossed.

The service technician did a great job. He was awesome. He came out 2×1st order parts then second to put them in. However the setting up of the appointments was a nightmare. It took me almost 3 months to get my refrigerators fixed.

Your techs made six trips to fix my refrigerator. Not a one of them repaired anything. Why should they when they can just forge signatures and pay themselves? I think you are insane if you allow this. IN my opinion one of the worst was Mark Foster. The compressor was clearly out on my refrigerator. In my opinion Mark Foster had no intent to repair my refrigerator. He did not spend ten minutes at my home. He left me without a refrigerator. I am ill and had hundreds of dollars of medication in my refrigerator. No wonder you guys are getting sued all over the place. I want you all to survive. In my opinion your operation is horribly mis managed. I will not let Mark Foster in my home again.
