It took forever and multiple dates to finally get our washing machine fixed because the original person missed two or three weeks. All that said, the gentlemen who did show up (both times) were well trained and fixed the machine without any problems. It's not their fault; you need more service people. Also, it might be in your best interest to get a human to answer your phone line because the recording is not at all helpful.

My appointment was canceled 3 times I was out of Refrig for 3 weeks that should not happen I paid for insurance on my frig. Why did it take so long. The guy that came to fix it didn't know I was canceled there is no appointment so your day is wasted. Do better

Jesus arrived earlier than expected, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the refrigerator cooling/working in less than an hour. He explained everything, made sure all questions were answered, cleaned up any water, gave recommendations. All work very efficient, professional, friendly & knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
