I am very pleased with the super professional service provided by Assurant Warranty. The process was very smooth from the time I reported the problem to the finished repair of the washing machine. Assurant keep me informed of the process immediately from asking questions about the problem, shipping repair parts and updated tracking of the repair technician to his arrival. The repair technician Mr. Carlos arrived on time as scheduled, asked to see what the problem was, went right to work and in short time had the washer repaired. Mr. Carlos was courteous, respectful, pleasant to talk with and made me the owner feel very comfortable and pleased with the outcome. Mr. Carlos also offered some professional advice on operating and taking care of the machine so great. I personally thank Assurant for sending a truly professional repair technician that is very experienced and the outstanding warrant service that Assurant provides. PaulC
