Juan, the technician, did a great job. Sadly, my appointment was changed multiple times with no advanced notice causing me to miss work multiple days. I waited and at 4:40 pm got a text message indicating that my appointment had been rescheduled at "my request". No way to actually speak with a live person at all. Worst experience in customer service ever!
