Even though I wasn't there my daughter dealt with Robert. He called me let me know he was on his way and he resolved the issue in about 30 minutes or less he replaced my heating element on my dryer.. very efficient Craftsman and I'm very well pleased. Once again I wasn't there but I did speak to him on the phone he was very forthcoming and cordial.
