If anyone gets the opportunity to have the same technicians as I did today, they have literally became a part of our home. We are on first name basis they’re are hugs and congratulatory, welcomes, and goodbyes. I trust them in my home. I never worry I don’t hover nor stay in the same area and there have been times that I’ve had to leave not only did they do their job to the highest of their ability. They haven’t even made sure my dog was secure prior to leaving understanding down to earth. The gentleman overall are people you would want to invite over for a barbecue they are so sweet, very knowledgeable and respectful. I could not be happier with the technicians we have been Provided however, do not buy a Samsung product our Samsung product that has brought in these wonderful technicians into our family has been an issue since the second week it was in our Home. The technicians have went above and beyond. the product is a lemon and needs to be replaced Samsung refuses Do Not buy Samsung products, Please, this is a honest caution don’t waste the money because a Samsung product is a money pit. I have come to find out that technicians from hear. super amazing if you get the two gentleman that we have.!

Parts arrived quick! David has been to my home before and I like his professionalism. He was quick and efficient! As a mother of 4, who takes care of her parents and extra kids… I cannot be without a washing machine, so always happy when it can be repaired quickly.

Tony rectified the issue I was having with my drier, dashboard not working properly. Explained in details what was happening, why, and how he fixed it. Had also looked at my washer to ensure it was running properly. One of the best knowledgeable technicians Sears has. Very much appreciate his hard work.

Had preventive service on my washer, dryer, range, dishwasher & freezer on 4/15. David was the Tech. Did great job, gave me results, & a few tips. Appt was within the time range given / which I appreciated. David texted me when at our gate; someone should have given him my number to call prior to arrival. However .. Important for you to know! My frustration was with trying to call & make the appt. Getting past the robot was extremely frustrating! It didn’t recognize either of my phone numbers. I called several numbers from the website .. again, frustration! Finally .. got to speak with a representative .. Castile (spelling not certain) I have that number in my records. But.i repeat - getting to talk with a representative was TOO challenging .. please get this corrected!
