Robert is consciences, patient, professional and a nice guy. This was the 4th attempt to repair our washer, without going into it all I dont believe we would have gotten this done without Robert.

Problem with my icemaker was not solved

Willie the service technician, was GREAT! However, much of my experience with Sears is quite disappointing. I have no way to contact Sears regarding this appointment. I get emails, text, and phone calls, but no way to inform Sears of potential issues. For example. The first time Willie came, I HAD NO REPAIR PARTS. I couldn't call Sears to inquire if I shouldn't have parts, as all previous times, I had parts sent. Result? Icemaker wasn't fixed, requiring a second call. Isn't this expensive for Sears? The second time he came, I had parts. I highly suggest the customer gets a from the service tech, especially for customers such as myself, who lives far from the dispatching center. They need to call BEFORE they begin a call to a new customer. Had I received a call on the first service, a 5 minute discussion with him likely save him a 2 hour roundtrip drive and he could have gone on to the next customer. Communications suck and Sears gets a "D" grand for it.

I would really like a human to contact me about my experience. I have not been able to find out anywhere on the website or phone number to speak to a customer representative that isn't AI. I have some details from my repair that I would like to discuss. I do not wish to share my opinion publicly.

Paid almost $300 to still have a squealing dryer and you cant get in touch with a human to help. I am having to dispute this charge on my credit card. I requested to have my drier repaired that was squealing when drying. I wanted to part replaced. The repair man who came out told me he didnt need to replace the part because he said it was good and he said it would be cheaper and better to just spray grease on it. The required diagnostic slash service fee was supposed to count towards repairs. However when the repairman went to bill me. He had a charge for what he called preventative maintenance, which was him spring the part with grease and coming out to tell me he was going to spray grease on it. He said I had to pay both because he didn't replace the part. He charged almost $300. I tried to call sears to see what they could do before I paid him and you cannot get a human so I was forced to pay it. The next day, when I turned on the dryer, it started squealing again. I called sears to try to get someone back out here or get a refund and there is no one to talk to or help just automated answering. Do not go here for ANYTHING.

Do not book this company. They have no showed up two times and gave us the range of arrival from 8 AM to 5 PM that they would be coming so I blocked my day to accommodate this, taking time off work to never receive any update. Not showing up two times in a row with zero communication is unacceptable. You cannot reach a live person either. Do not go with this company. It’s a waste of time and they also didn’t fix it the first time we met with them (prior to them no showing twice). Save yourself the money. Horribe customer service.
