I would really like a human to contact me about my experience. I have not been able to find out anywhere on the website or phone number to speak to a customer representative that isn't AI. I have some details from my repair that I would like to discuss. I do not wish to share my opinion publicly.

Paid almost $300 to still have a squealing dryer and you cant get in touch with a human to help. I am having to dispute this charge on my credit card. I requested to have my drier repaired that was squealing when drying. I wanted to part replaced. The repair man who came out told me he didnt need to replace the part because he said it was good and he said it would be cheaper and better to just spray grease on it. The required diagnostic slash service fee was supposed to count towards repairs. However when the repairman went to bill me. He had a charge for what he called preventative maintenance, which was him spring the part with grease and coming out to tell me he was going to spray grease on it. He said I had to pay both because he didn't replace the part. He charged almost $300. I tried to call sears to see what they could do before I paid him and you cannot get a human so I was forced to pay it. The next day, when I turned on the dryer, it started squealing again. I called sears to try to get someone back out here or get a refund and there is no one to talk to or help just automated answering. Do not go here for ANYTHING.

Do not book this company. They have no showed up two times and gave us the range of arrival from 8 AM to 5 PM that they would be coming so I blocked my day to accommodate this, taking time off work to never receive any update. Not showing up two times in a row with zero communication is unacceptable. You cannot reach a live person either. Do not go with this company. It’s a waste of time and they also didn’t fix it the first time we met with them (prior to them no showing twice). Save yourself the money. Horribe customer service.

Was very unorganized and unprepared. Had to go through 9 appointments because he forgot to order parts or arrived without the supplies that were needed. Two months later my refrigerator was finally fixed....I hope. Will never buy a sears or GE product again. I will never use sears for home service again either. I would give them 0 stars but it won't allow it.

This place is a joke. They had a technician called Willy that left the job site twice at my home. I follow a lawsuit against the company and my attorney is looking into it. He doesn't know what he's doing. He doesn't have a license to work on any appliances, he guesses at the work that needs to be done and cannot perform the work. He doesn't have equipment to test the error codes that they appliances Are giving To determine the cause of the problem. He is lazy. This company needs to fire this guy. He's ripping people off and taking them away from quality of life using the appliances. My appliances is under five years old and if you need to get it fixed, get a local Repairman in your come out head it took them three months to come back to tell me that they can't fix my appliance. I have Contacted district attorney on this matter further

Update to my repair: Sears repair man came out to my home today for the second time to repair my dishwasher with the part he ordered. Well he, pulled the whole dishwasher out , which scratched my tile floors in my new home, tore it apart, leaked water all over my floor, put the dishwasher back, did not put back bottom panel had all kind of insulation hanging at the bottom and left. Did not tell anyone he was leaving, did not test the dishwasher to see if it worked which by the way now it leaks even more water than it did before. What kind of company is this? This is the second time this company has ruined one of my appliances. They don’t even deserve a 1 star rating they deserve a 0. I am going to file a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau. This place should not even be in business. Filing a complaint with home warranty services also. Sears sends you multiple text asking you to describe the problem so the technician can come equipped to fix the problem. Well of course the technician showed up with NO parts so now I still have a broken dishwasher. Would not recommend this company to anyone had problems with them before when they could not fix my washer. Don’t ever go thru Assurant for a warranty on appliances.

I want Sears to call me. Parts are broken, screws weren’t put back in. There’s a piece missing and there are places that he opened that didn’t need opening to clean a washer. He didn’t even clean it because he couldn’t get it apart and STILL charged me for a cleaning!!!!! What a rip off!! I thought Paul’s Appliance was OK but I see he’s better than Sears!

Left with fridge making constant loud noise. Insist it will stop after 24 hours. Insists it is from cooling fluid trying to circulate. I do not think this is accurate. Sears app for technician arrival needs to be improved. Received message saying tech is on the way. App said it would be 315pm for arrival. He arrived at 1015am. Second repair Today When the technician arrived he stated he didn't put enough coolant in appliance on his prior visit. In hind sight I am not surprised. The day he came for original repair he was struggling with canister that holds coolant and then when I told him the appliance was much louder than normal, with much hesitation he told me it would be ok. Today he also stated there is a blockage in the dryer line. He acts as though he would rather be anywhere else. Before leaving he stated there was too much coolant. I am not happy with this technician or his work.
