It look like the technician did his diagnostic over the phone. He was able to get the water out of the washing machine and that was great!

The technician was not checking everything Had to wait about a month without. AC working . When ha came first time even though the Freon was low he didn’t refill the gas He wasn’t communicating well He didn’t look at the main unit at all. So not happy with Sears co and this tech.
