Was able to schedule an appt right away. Tech was scheduled for late in afternoon. Arrived and listened to my machine and my explanation of noise. Ordered part said it was delivered in 2 days. Installation set to a week later. Tech was scheduled and called just before time to arrive and said they had to re schedule because the part didn't arrive. He blamed it on AI, that AI said it arrived, but it didn't. Well the 3rd schedule was a charm. Tech arrived and installed the part, AOK. Will wait and see if that solves the problem. The MAIN Problem is it takes too long to complete the repair.

Mohammad thoroughly checked my system. He showed me the capacitors and the values he was measuring. He also showed me the pressure he was measuring of the coolant. I would recommend him without reservation.
