Winfred is very competent and, hopefully, I won’t need to see him for a while because he fixed our 10-year old Kenmore fridge. He is business-like, gets his work done quickly, and he said it’ll be like new by tomorrow!

The tech Winfred, was on time. He let us know that the part he was going to replace wasn’t the problem. He told us Fridge was under warranty and we needed to contact LG.

Brandon is very professional at what he does. He's very courteous, he's excellent at what he's doing. He cleans up afterwards, he calls you and keep you updated on when he will be arriving. Sears needs more Bandon's

Danny is excellent. He is courteous, polite and extremely competent. This was his third repair of five within less than a year. Note all five repairs were the microwave. At least this time he had the needed parts to repair the microwave. I highly recommend Danny.
